Terrell Vernor, Program Manager for Kansas Department of Corrections, is January 2019 Field Operations Employee of the Month. Terrell began his employment August 2011 as an Installer/Equipment Tech and was promoted to Program Manager, November 2016. Terrell is known for going above and beyond for our customers and is eager to please. He has received several letters of commendation and thanks from his customers. Congratulations, Terrell.
Megan Richards, Lead Case Manager for our Tacoma, Washington office. Megan began her employment with Sentinel as a Case Manager and quickly moved up to Lead Case Manager. She is well liked and respected by the Judges and Court Administrators. Megan led the expansion efforts into new District and Superior Court referral sources and prepared our Tacoma operation for an ISO audit.

October 2018 Field Operations Employee of the Month is Matt Alarcon, Case Manager for our Canyon County program in Caldwell, Idaho. Matt began his employment with Sentinel as an Equipment Installer, February 2011 for our Riverside County Sheriff program and transferred to Caldwell, ID October 2017. Matt is an excellent troubleshooter and recently was very helpful with the recent DNA transition, identifying bugs and making suggestions for improvement.
November 2018 Field Operations Employee of the Month is Julian Santana, CT. Inventory Specialist. Julian began his employment with Sentinel as an Equipment Installer, March of 2012. His exceptional dedication to Sentinel Offender Services has been vital to the continuing growth and success of the Connecticut program and other programs he has supported on a moment’s notice. Julian has developed a highly accurate and efficient system related to local inventory management, allowing him to assist in other areas of the CT. operation.
Paula Guardado, Director of Branch Operations, is Field Operations Employee of the month for December, 2018. She began her employment with Sentinel as Administrative Assistant for our busy Bellflower office in 2006. She worked as Branch Manager Los Angeles Downtown office and was promoted to Los Angeles Regional Operation Manager in 2015 and then promoted to Director of Branch Operations in 2018. Her exceptional dedication to Sentinel Offender Services has been vital to the continuing growth and success of the Company and its customers. She worked diligently coordinating the moving Los Angeles office files and transferring hundreds of cases with calmness and professionalism.
