Leveraging the company’s more than 20 years of case management experience, Sentinel’s software development team designed Helix to provide an array of tools to assist law enforcement and corrections agencies in their efforts to more effectively manage their offender populations. While fully integrated with SentinelDNA, Helix case management software is as a self-contained, standalone program agencies can easily integrate with their existing software platforms to provide 24/7access to participant information via computer, tablet or smartphone.
